Maintenance
You will be responsible for the following;
- Replacement of light bulbs, tubes and starters.
- To keep property free of pests and vermin
- Gardens and grounds (unless otherwise stated in your Lease Agreement)
- Always check the trip switch in the meter box if electrical items such as stove, hot water systems etc. don’t operate.
- The release valve on the hot water system should be released every 2-3 months.
If you require routine maintenance to be carried out other than above, you are required to complete a maintenance request form. You will be supplied with several forms at the commencement of your tenancy and extra forms can be collected from the office. The forms can be posted, delivered or faxed to us. There is also a link on our website that allows you to email maintenance requests to us.
