February has been a busy and exciting month for all TSFN departments, as business in Bendigo fully resumes following summer holidays.
Looking into Autumn, the local market is showing positive signs. A strong number of buyers are interested in properties priced between $500,000 and $700,000. Despite predictions of further interest rate increases, buyers are still active in the market with inspection numbers showing signs of improvement.
Our Property Management department has maintained strong performance with low vacancy rates across the board and each property manager’s commitment to upcoming regulatory changes regarding compliance.
Our Property Management department has consistently maintained low vacancy rates and has been proactive towards upcoming regulatory changes, ensuring renters and rental providers are kept up to speed. We are thrilled to have welcomed our new Head of Property Management, Rebecca Wharton. Bec brings over a decade of industry experience to our team. Her expertise and management skills have already proven her as an invaluable asset to our company.
We sadly said farewell to both Jodi and Keisha, two TSFN property management veterans who have been a part of our team for nearly 15 and 5 years, respectively. We extend our gratitude and best wishes to their future endeavours.
We announced and awarded the winners of our biggest giveaway yet, The $10,000 TSFN Cash Giveaway. Following years of struggles with lockdowns and COVID-19, amongst other challenges such as rising interest rates, we wanted to incentivise our current and potential clients by providing the opportunity to win a Christmas gift like no other; $10K in cash.

To celebrate Valentine's Day TSFN gave away a $250 voucher to one of Bendigo’s premier restaurants, The Woodhouse. Congratulations to delightful local Liana, winning the $250 voucher for her and her valentine.
Looking ahead to March, we are proud to present the 5km Bendigo Business Challenge, which forms an event in the 2023 Bendigo Ford Fun Run. The Business Challenges encourages local businesses and their staff members to form teams to participate in a 5km run (or walk), to help raise further funds for Bendigo Health. We also look forward to celebrating Bendigo Sustainability Festival 2023 and International Women’s Day 2023. These events are phenomenal opportunities for our team to come together, contribute to our community and have fun.
The Bendigo community has further exciting months ahead with the announcement of Bendigo Easter Festival happening from the 7th to the 10th of April which will be 4 days of jammed packed activities for the whole family in the centre of our city.

Whether you are selling, buying, or managing your property, we are here to assist you at every step of the way. We are enthusiastic about what March has in store and are constantly striving to enhance and expand our business.
