By submitting this Expression of Interest, you agree to the below conditions stipulated by Anywhere Auctions.
I/We further acknowledge that the Agent for the said property is NOT obliged to inform me/us should another buyer offer a higher price and the property may be sold immediately to the other buyer. No further offer will be considered or discussed and no further negotiations will be entered into.
I/We will not be disappointed if the property is sold to other person for a figure higher than this, our best offer.
This declaration does not place any legal obligation upon us to purchase the property even at the price stated. Until a formal contract is signed there is no legal obligation for us to buy or for the Vendor to sell.
I/We further acknowledge and accept that should the Vendor and/or Agent obtain a price from another Buyer higher than the price stated above we accept the Vendor may proceed to sell to the Purchaser who has offered the higher price. The price stated is the highest price we are prepared to pay. We/I confirm that this offer will not be disclosed to other prospective purchasers.
